Alcor boasts a diverse client portfolio, encompassing numerous sizable IT product companies. All of them strive to leverage the potential of regions like Eastern Europe and Latin America to expand their operations and recruit top-tier professionals. Facing pressing needs for filling intricate job openings in the short term, Alcor sought our assistance in recruiting talents for senior tech positions: Full-Stack Developer, Product Designer, CI/CD DevOps Engineer, and Product Owner. The imperative was to fill all these roles with candidates from two countries (Romania and Poland) simultaneously within a month.

Solution
