    How can I post a job on Huntly? +
    The first step to creating a job post is to register your Employer's account after an intro call with us. Once it’s ready, choose one of the four ways to place your position. You can do this manually, by uploading a job description from a file, by adding a link to an existing vacancy, or by transferring a role description from an ATS you use. The job will be published on our marketplace once our team approves it.
    Can I post my jobs for free? +
    Sure, there are no limits to the number of vacancies you can advertise for free! Only if you hire an IT professional referred by a Huntly recruiter, you will pay a recruitment bonus.
    What is the minimum recruitment price I can set? +
    Unlike other tech recruitment providers, Huntly allows you to adjust the price of hiring IT specialists freely. When choosing the price, we only ask our clients to make it no less than 5% of a software engineer’s annual salary, or $3,000, whichever is greater. Such price formation fairly reflects the recruiter’s effort and motivates them to fill your vacancy.
    How do I track candidates who have been referred to me? +
    Your Employer account gives you access to all of the pre-screened candidates. You can change their statuses and download their CVs. To make your experience of hiring IT professionals with Huntly as smooth as possible, there are six statuses for convenient candidate tracking: Pending Review, Passed CV Screening, Interviews, Offer, Hired, and Rejected.
    How do you ensure the quality of the referred candidates? +
    At Huntly, we have two layers of candidate pre-screening. The first layer is our independent recruiters who refer programmers, testers, and other specialists who can provide diverse IT services. The second layer is the inner team of Huntly recruiters who verify each CV to meet the requirements of your vacancy. As a result, our clients receive only the most qualified and relevant candidates, 80% of which get an interview invitation.

    What information should I include in a job description? +
